On all days of the show, the IFFA
Forum sets the stage for expert talks
and product presentations. Every day,
the focus will be on a top theme. The
topics will include automation, digi-talization,
food safety, sustainability,
food trends and individualization in
the trade. New and also live every day,
vegan and meat sausage will be pro-duced
in the IFFA Factory, which rep-licates
a real production line. Experts
will explain processing methods and
provide information on recipes, ingre-dients
and processes.
Visitors also discover new things on
the guided tours to select exhibitors.
Each of the discovery tours focuses on
a specialist topic: packaging trends,
process innovations, meat alternatives
(presented by the Good Food Institute
Europe), ingredients or even trends in
the butcher’s trade, presented by the
German Butchers’ Association (DFV),

Ein Highlight wird auch bei dieser IFFA die Verleihung der

FT Meat Technology Awards 2022
A highlight once again at this IFFA will be the representation
of the FT Meat Technology and FH Fleischer-Handwerk
Awards 2022. For the eigth time the B&L MedienGesellschaft
will honor with these awards innovative technologies that help to
achieve significant advantages in meat and sausage production.
The winners will be announced and honored on Sunday, May
15th 2022, at 14.00 pm in the new IFFA Factory in hall 11.1,
stand B90. Detailed articles about the awards and the winners
will be published in the next issue of FT Fleischerei Technik/Meat
Technology.
