The patented screw presses can produce products
with a length of up to 1,000 mm. They
are moulded in the cook-in process or in open
cooking, with coated Gewürzfolie, in the net
or artificial casing. The presses are maintenance
free and easy to operate by one person.
The weight-accurate levelling and shaping
minimizes the cutting loss to less than 1 %. The
individually manufactured presses are suitable
for industrial slicer production as well as for
handcrafted specialities.
With the pneumatic cooking presses from Lichtenau,
cooked cured products can be pressed,
cooked and shaped into almost any shape without
pressure loss, especially for sliced products
where levelling is essential. The machines are
made of stainless steel. Its pneumatic cylinder
consists of a specially developed rubber which is
heat-resistant up to 90°C and has an additional
stainless steel end plate.
With the sons Ralf, Peter, Kevin and Hannes the
next Eberhardt generation is also integrated into

These are the presses
Spindle cook presses: Available in over
300 variants, this Eberhardt bestseller with
mechanical spindle printing systems produces
all types of cooked cured or raw materials
- round, angular, oval, heart-shaped or dropshaped;
there is also a suitable model
for processed cheese sticks. The metal
constructors do not only supply individual
shapes, but also recipes for sausage and ham
products, which Eberhardt develops together
with Beck spices.
Cook presses: These pneumatic machines
press, cook and form cooked cured products
evenly without pressure loss and are particularly
suitable for sliced products where levelling
is essential. There are eight models with a
filling weight of 100 to 700 kg.
Ham press: This is a three-sided closed press
for pressing bar bar formed products or individual
pieces.
Press for smoked sausages: This mechanical
press is equipped with special pressure springs
and a tightening element.
