For the 5th time the MEAT TECHNOLOGY Award 2018
will be awarded to innovative technologies that help to
achieve significant advantages in meat and sausage
production. These technologies provide a significant
advantage to the processing company and help
to improve product quality. Awardees will be
suppliers and service providers to the meat
processing industry. A competent jury of
experts will choose the winners of the award.

The winners will be announced March 21 2018
on the occasion of the Anuga FoodTec, Cologne.
The awardees will receive a certificate and a detailed article about
the innovation will be published in FLEISCHEREI TECHNIK/
MEAT TECHNOLOGY.
