Hall 5, stand J38 Fraunhofer IVV Dresden Störungen vermeiden Zwei Systeme zur effizienten Prozessführung stellt das Fraunhofer IVV Dresden auf dem Messestand des VDMA vor: ein neuartiges mobiles Reinigungsgerät für Verarbeitungsanlagen und ein selbstlernendes Assis-tenzsystem, mit dem die Beseitigung von Störungsursachen unterstützt wird. Das als Technologieträger konzi-pierte Mobile Cleaning Device (MCD), ausgestattet mit einem optischen Sensorsystem zur Schmutzerkennung, verbindet die Vorteile herkömmlicher automatisierter Reinigungssysteme mit der Flexibilität der manuellen Reinigung. Ausschlaggebend für die Entwicklung ist die Erkenntnis, dass auch an modernsten Anlagen im Durchschnitt alle fünf Minu-ten eine Störung eintritt, weil Prozesse und Anlagen immer komplexer werden.
