Es sind: • Auswahl von geeignetem Personal für die jeweiligen Arbeitsplätze. Gesonderte Betrachtungen sind beim Einsatz von schutzbedürfti-gen Personengruppen, wie Jugendlichen, erforderlich. Bei Wartungs- und Instand-setzungsarbeiten sind die Werkzeuge entsprechend auszuwählen • Ist mit herabfallenden Ge-genständen, z. B. dem Ab-sturz von Haken oder Las-ten, zu rechnen und kann der Aufenthalt von Perso-nen unter den Rohrbahnen nicht ausgeschlossen wer-den, müssen die Versicher-ten Schutzhelme tragen. In den Arbeitsbereichen, die als Lärmbereiche aus-gewiesen sind, ist Gehör-schutzpflicht. • Durch arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge werden arbeitsbe-dingte Erkrankungen und Berufskrankheiten frühzei-tig erkannt oder verhütet. • Die Mitarbeiter sind über die Gefährdungen und er-forderlichen Maßnahmen zu deren Abwendung und deren Verhalten an und mit Rohrbahnen regelmäßig zu unterweisen. Die Unterwei-sung soll auf die Arbeits-situationen zugeschnitten sein und enthält Anweisun-gen und Erläuterungen, die auf den Arbeitsplatz oder den Aufganbereich der Beschäftigten ausgerichtet sind. Personal measures The linchpin of the realisa-tion of personal measures is the monitoring and role mo-del function of superiors as well as the personal attitude and attitude of personnel re-garding personal protection gear. These are: • Picking the right employees for respective workstations. • there is a danger of falling objects e.g. derailed hooks or loads and if it‘s not poss-ible to avoid personnel passing below tubular tracks, employees – espe-cially those who are insu-red and don‘t want to loose their coverage in case of an accident – must wear a hard hat. as that are prone to bumping worn. • By means of occupational-medical preparedness work related diseases and occu pational illnesses can be prevented at an early stage. • Employees must be regu-larly trained and informed about the necessary meas-ures and actions that have to be taken in areas equip-ped with tubular tracks.
