C-Line com-ponents are modular in design, enabling their combination with each other. They are particu-larly suitable for medium-sized production plants with a broad range of products. A quick changeover of all components allows for swift product changes. The components include conveyor belts for the feeding and removal of filled or formed prod- ucts. In addition to the F100, F190 and F200 Frey Maschinenbau offers new vacuum fillers for medium-sized companies and for the industrial production of small sausages. The rotor system works with 14 filling chambers and achieves a filling pressure up to 40 bar. Now, the rotors are made of stainless steel with plasma coating. They are equipped with different attach-ments and line options that meet customer specific demands. All models of the company‘s vacuum fillers feature an identically constructed long-life system adjusted to the different machine sizes. This conveyor system works similar to a vane cell pump: Special plastic vanes are moved in a rotating stainless steel rotor. The materials are chosen in a way that ensures that the filled products are not heated and that the forward-ing system can run without wear and tear.
